day 4& 5

On the fourth day, we went to john septimus roe primary and had a little dance workshop there… as I do not like dancing that much, I felt a little shy when we each got to step in front to dance. We went to kings park and had a really big kebab for lunch… we went to at the war memorial in kings park which has this special chair where u can hear what people are saying at the other end of it.

Last day, Bye Perth, we went to this environmental centre before having lunch then straight to the airport. We saw chickens and also a worm farm and some of the teachers held on to the worms for phototaking… YUCKY I learnt a lot on saving the environment here and the toilet bowl noes jot even have a flush! I would really miss perth L

Day 2 & 3

we woke up on time… luckily. As I was the leader I had to lock the door before leaving… I had A LOT of trouble locking the door but succeeded (tanks to reanne)

We had scrambled eggs, fish fillet hash browns and baked beans for breakfast, we finished it in a dash and we joked around while waiting for others to finish.

We had a treasure hunt game next, we had to blow and stick the balloons to be taller than the height of a chair, then we had to build a nest to protect an egg from breaking when dropped at arms length , we succeded. We next had to go around in a chair maze holding on to toilet roll which was connected… the last thing we had to do was take photos of 18 different items in the entire farm in sequence. We had a barbequed lunch today and the teachers barbequed hotdogs and chicken wings which made us really full. We were brought to see a sheep shearing demo. We got to feed the sheep and the sheepdog there was so fast!!! It had puppies too, they were so adorable… we headed to the winery in the farm and saw the different processes of making wine… we had a campfire and went to Zzzz….

Day 3: we were supposed to visit a school today so we were asked to wake up a lot earlier… we thanked the owners for the food and everything they had planned for us and took off to the school and watched their choir performance. WOW!!! Their conductor is actually their very own principal…

We went to year 5’s class and their rules were a lot different from ours. Theirs schools Focused a lot on sports instead of studies like us… L we next went to caversham wildlife park and saw lovely animals like kangaroos, koalas and many more. I feel that kangaroos have a very enjoyable life as they just keep lying around and humans have to feed them…

Perth day 1

We landed at Perth airport… Freezing. We were on to way to monumental hill, I took some photos along the road… The houses in Perth there a lot different from the ones in Singapore. There were no flats at all!!! We felt the chill when we reached our destination, monumental hill, the girls were hugging each to get warmth, and it was a very cute sight :D

We were told that we could board the bus first, most of us ran into the bus to escape the cold… we were soon on the way too fishing boat harbour.

We got our cameras ready and as time passed, we got used to the weather there. We gat some free time at a supermarket, I explored it with my friends, we wanted to get a few souvenirs for our classmates but could not find any in the supermarket. Beside it was a chocolate factory, the chocolates were sold at quite a high price. I bought a packet of chocolate alphabets home.

First meal in perth : we went for fish andc hips at Sweet lips, the servings were gigantic, my friends and I could not finish it except joh Ann which forced herself to finish the fish but none could finish the fries.

We took a few hours drive to the orchard, we had a lesson there, followed by going to Orchard glory farm resort where we stayed at for 2 nights.
